Apparently a year has past with me being a member.
I may not have done much really on year but what a strange year I've had since joining.
Well, since a year has passed I'm getting my backside in gear and will hopefully, with public interest, revamp my fanfic with Kai Gunner Team Rocket's new deadly Agent.

I've read this story and the others before and enjoyed them greatly. I found them again as I've gone through a skyrim craze while role playing my own character in game. If I've time I would enjoy writing my own story but back to yours: characterisation is wonderful, each character recognisable as both your own version and the one in game with quirks and habits all their own. The settling is brought to life and I can visualise where we are based on the details you give, which for me is key. World building is a vital part of any tale (in my humble opinion).

Your philosophy is exactly mine. There's nothing better than a character-driven story. I want my readers to know and feel my characters, and the NPCs.
I agree on world building, too. I feel I cheated a bit with the fanfiction because Bethesda already built the world, but I did my best to make it mine. I'm glad you're enjoying it so far, and I do want to hear your honest opinions, even if they happen to be negative.
